Amy Bronstone, Ph.D.
Director of Medical Writing
Dr. Amy Bronstone is Director of Medical Writing for BioMedEcon. In this role, Dr. Bronstone is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the company’s biomedical communication services, which include:
- Publications and presentations planning
- Systematic literature reviews
- Competitive product analyses
- Journal articles, book chapters, and white papers
- Abstracts and posters for scientific conferences
- Formulary dossiers and monographs
- Presentations for advisory boards, sales trainings, and other meetings
Dr. Bronstone earned her doctorate in clinical psychology from Yale University and Bachelor of Arts in Psychology (summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa, Sigma Xi) from Pomona College. Prior to joining BioMedEcon, Dr. Bronstone completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Stanford University’s Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Medicine and subsequently worked as a Senior Research Associate for a behavioral health sciences research group at the University of California, San Francisco (UCSF). This position involved planning and writing federal grant proposals, coordinating and supervising study operations (e.g., data collection and management), consulting with biostatisticians, conducting data analyses, and co-authoring manuscripts for publication in peer-reviewed journals. After leaving UCSF, Dr. Bronstone headed AB Medical Communications, which offered a range of biomedical communication services to clients in academia and industry engaging in diverse areas of medical research.
